Executive Director
Arowolo Ayomide Victor is a climate scientist and sustainability leader focused on emerging climate technologies, extreme-weather research, and climate resilience in Africa. He is the Founder and CEO of EcoPath, leading evidence-based programs in advocacy, youth engagement, and climate policy dialogue—translating climate science into practical solutions that strengthen community resilience.
Director of Policy and Advocacy
Michael Temitayo Odunmorayo is a climate scientist and sustainability development expert, specializing in climate extreme events and environmental change with a focus on vulnerable regions of Africa. He promotes climate-resilient education and evidence-based solutions while advancing responsible climate engineering research to support equitable climate futures.
Director of Research and Development
Okeyode Isiaq Adebayo is a climate scientist with expertise in climate and crop modelling, climatology, agrometeorology, and climate intervention. His research explores how climate change and interventions influence regional climate, agriculture, and food security—supporting resilience across Africa.
Director of Programmes
Ayodeji Festus Ologun is a climate change analyst with a background in meteorology, specializing in climate policy, adaptation, and sustainable development. His work focuses on evidence-based research and data-driven insights to support climate-resilient programmes.
Director of Sustainability & Community Engagement
Jimoh Mathias Olukayode is passionate about building sustainable livelihoods through agricultural engineering, innovation, and community-driven solutions. He focuses on turning sustainability ideas into real-world impact—so communities can grow resilient and healthy.
Director of Communication
Amos Isaac Sunday is a meteorologist focused on communication, coordination, and operational support within climate initiatives. He translates complex meteorological information into clear, actionable insights and strengthens communication systems for sustainability projects.

Adewunmi Victor Ayodeji supports non-profit initiatives through operations, monitoring and evaluation, and community-centered program delivery—planning, implementing, and tracking projects focused on sustainable development, youth empowerment, and inclusive growth.
Senior Advisor on Partnership and Development
Dr. Ebgebiyi provides strategic guidance on partnership development and fundraising. He connects EcoPath with global sustainability networks and helps align development goals with international standards for maximum impact.
